Annual open-pollinated summer squash. Certifed organic! Produces semi upright,open plants with glossy, black-green fruits 6″-8″ long and 2″ in diameter. Early Crookneck Summer Squash

An annual open-pollinated summer squash. Certified organic! This is the best summer squash for buttery, rich flavor and tender, but firm texture. These plants are highly productive and produce smooth light yellow fruits with a curved neck. This versatile squash is excellent fresh, steamed, sautéed, or grilled. Makes a flavorful baby vegetable. buttercupaquash Buttercup Burgess Strain Winter Squash
(Cucurbita maxima)

This is the wonderful open-pollinated standard buttercup squash. Certified organic! Dark green, blocky, with a gray “button” on the blossom end. The medium-small, 3-5 lb., fruits have deep orange flesh with a rich, awesome flavor. Medium keeper with small seed cavity. Avg. yield: 3-4 squash per plant. Days to Maturity: 85 to 95 days. butternutsquash Butternut Winter Squash
(Cucurbita pepo)

An open-pollinated annual. Certified organic! This is the only northern-friendly butternut. The 10 to 12 inch buff colored fruit is uniform, and the plants produce extensive runners which are quite productive. Its dry, fine-grained flesh has a good, sweet, squash flavor. Plant indoors 3 weeks before last frost and transplanting to outdoor garden beds, or wait until soil in garden beds is at least 70F to plant outdoors. Winter squash is an excellent source of beta-carotene and a good source of potassium, niacin, and iron. 75 days to maturity. 15 seeds in regular packets. 4 seeds in sample packet.

spaghettisquash Spaghetti Winter Squash
(Cucurbita pepo)

An open-pollinated annual vining squash. Certified organic! Spaghetti squash has medium-size, oblong yellow fruit with mildly sweet, stringy flesh. Bake or boil and then fork out the “spaghetti” and top with a favorite sauce, or combine it with other vegetables. Plant indoors 3 weeks before last frost and transplanting to outdoor garden beds.
